Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly.
A 24-hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Any cancellations, rescheduling requests, or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be considered a late cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE:
Late cancellations are non-refundable
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable
Clients who arrive significantly late may have their appointment shortened or may need to reschedule, which will be treated as a late cancellation
